Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Herby. We want you to love your experience and the products you purchase from us. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare or personal care items unless they arrived damaged or defective.


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@herby.ink with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@herby.ink within 7 days of delivery.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Opened or used personal care products (unless defective or damaged)
